Nick, Isaiah, and Jesse were great! They responded quickly and made a piano delivery work the day of. They were professional and fast. Easy to communicate with via text and phone for live updates.
They're cheap for a reason. They ripped a chunk of trim off my front door moving furniture inside. And personality-wise they were way more tense and agitated than the team I hired for loading in Salem. But the rating is because of the trim thing.
